Overview and Role An established HVAC contractor is looking to appoint a Service and Maintenance Manager to lead and develop its service division. Operating across ventilation and air conditioning, the business delivers planned and reactive maintenance along with small works across a varied commercial client base. The role involves overseeing service contracts from quotation through to delivery, managing engineers, coordinating maintenance activity and maintaining client relationships across HVAC systems including AHUs, ductwork and VRF/VRV equipment.
