Mobile Plant Fitter Up to £40,000 + Van + Benefits Location: Walsall (with national travel to customer sites) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Join a dynamic and growing operations team as a Mobile Plant Fitter, responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of plant equipment. You''ll work independently across multiple sites, delivering an efficient and customer-focused service. What You ll Do Service and repair plant equipment on-site and in the workshop Attend breakdowns and complete scheduled maintenance Maintain accurate records of work, parts used, and time spent Manage van stock and raise purchase requests as needed Liaise directly with customers and ensure clear communication throughout Support depot operations and maintain excellent health and safety standards What You ll Need Experience as a Plant Fitter/Engineer (essential) Strong communication and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable: NVQ or City and Guilds in plant maintenance, CSCS card, forklift licence) What You ll Get Salary up to £40,000 per annum Company van or allowance 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Pension, private medical, and life assurance Annual salary review Flexible benefits and wellbeing support Ongoing training and development Should you have the required experince please apply now below or contact Matthew from Poolhall Recruitment for more details.
