2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Manchester, five days per week onsiteSalary: £33,000 per annum We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide technical support across Microsoft technologies, Microsoft 365, end user devices, hardware and software. The role will involve resolving escalated incidents, diagnosing technical issues, managing user access, installing and configuring equipment, and maintaining accurate records through an IT service management system.
