We are now recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Coventry for a well-established client, offering immediate starts and ongoing work. This role involves a 50/50 split between forklift operation (Counterbalance & Bendi) and general warehouse duties — perfect for candidates who like variety in their day.

Role Overview:

• Operate Counterbalance and Bendi forklifts (50% of the time)
• Perform general warehouse tasks (50% of the time) including loading, unloading, picking, and packing
• Maintain clean and organised work areas
• Follow health and safety guidelines

What You Need:

• Valid Counterbalance and Bendi licence
• Previous warehouse/forklift experience
• Reliability and good attention to detail
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
