Lead sales and rental activities for the company’s modular buildings and products across the South East of England.Manage and collaborate with 2 Salespeople who will assist with appointments and initial enquiries.Generate enquiries, ensure timely enquiry responses, and develop relationships with new and repeat clients.Monitor and achieve targets for EBITDA, rental agreements (12 months or longer), and overall business secured.Support career progression and contribute to continued growth of the business in a dynamic market.Qualifications and requirements
Proven track record of rental or sales within the Modular Buildings industry, across the South East of England.Experience across sectors such as Health, Education, Aviation, MOD, Commercial and Private sectors is advantageous.Trustworthy, with integrity, confident, and able to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.Deep industry knowledge, willingness to learn, strong technical capability, drive, and ambition.Ambitious self-starter capable of seizing opportunities in a growth-focused environment.Benefits and opportunities
