Reception / Client Services Assistant. to £35,000This extremely friendly and team oriented professional services organisation has an excellent market reputation and is now looking for a new member of staff to work as a Receptionist / Client Services Assistant at their City of London offices. This will initially be a ten month contract.This role forms part of their Professional Support team, a people-focused and service-driven team responsible for ensuring their office environment meets the needs of company colleagues. From greeting clients to managing facilities, the team ensures the workplace is safe, efficient, and welcoming.Duties include:-Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a professional and friendly mannerManage incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and discreetlyCoordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling, booking confirmations, and room setupSupport the organisation of client meetings, events and presentationsCoordinate with the hospitality team to ensure catering requirements are metUndertake regular checks to ensure the reception and meeting rooms are maintained to a high standardAssist the Client Services Senior Manager and the Marketing Team with eventsHandle general administrative duties, such as booking couriers and taxis, maintaining spreadsheets and updating the reception manual
