P2P Oracle Fusion Programme Lead
We''re supporting a leading organisation on the next phase of its finance transformation journey and are looking for an experienced P2P Programme Lead to drive process improvement across its payments and procure-to-pay operations.This is not an implementation role. The core focus is reviewing an established Oracle Fusion environment, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering practical improvements across payments, controls, workflows and user adoption.The successful candidate will combine strong stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach to delivery, working closely with finance, procurement, operations and technology teams to optimise end-to-end processes.Key responsibilities:Lead reviews of current payment and purchasing processesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and user experienceDrive optimisation initiatives across Oracle FusionImprove payment operations, workflows and governanceEngage senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutionsSupport change adoption, process redesign and operational improvementKey experience:Oracle Fusion expertiseStrong payments operations and transformation backgroundProcure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledgePost-ERP implementation optimisation experienceProcess improvement and operating model enhancementStrong stakeholder engagement and change delivery skillsContract details:Outside IR35£700-£900 per dayHybrid working model - flexible London presence, typically 1-2 days per ..... full job details .....
