This role can be mostly remote with occasional travel to sites in the UK. Any travel costs are expensed by the business. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding into new markets while enhancing operational excellence and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Business Development and GrowthIdentify and develop new business opportunities within regulated commercial sectors and public sector transport frameworks.Lead the end-to-end bid strategy process, from pipeline creation and qualification to solution development.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across utilities, transport authorities, NHS Trusts, and government bodies.Represent the organisation in industry forums, positioning it as a sector leader.Establish win themes and identify differentiators that resonate with customer demands.Governance, Risk and ComplianceDevelop risk evaluation and mitigation strategies addressing delivery, financial exposure, and contractual obligations.Ensure
