Senior Director, Revenue Operations

Your Areas of Impact:
GTM Strategy and Operating Model: Partner with execs to shape long-term planning, TAM/ICP, and customer journey strategy
Revenue Program Management: Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel
Analytics and Forecasting: Govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights
Tech and Infrastructure: Own and optimize our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with a focus on AI, automation, and integration
Pricing and Deal Desk: Run a high-impact Deal Desk and support strategic pricing with operational rigor
Team Leadership: Build a resilient, global RevOps org with a culture of experimentation, enablement, and execution
What You Bring:
10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M+ ARR scale
Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)
Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator
