Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Tamworth, West Midlands

Salary/Benefits: -27k - -40k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a respected name within the Legionella / Water Treatment industry, with a nationwide presence and growing client portfolio. They are seeking an experienced and reliable Legionella Risk Assessor, who is qualified and well-versed in industry guidelines. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently on site and will be confident in producing subsequent technical reports and schematics. You will be joining a professional outfit who can implement exciting training plans, in addition to excellent base salaries and packages, including: company vehicle and fuel expenses.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Must be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments
• Adaptable to client travel requirements
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in using IT software

The Role:

• Performing legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems
• Creating detailed technical reports
• Producing site-specific schematic drawings
• Identifying required remedial works and informing clients
• Ensuring regular compliance regimes are completed
• Building strong working relationsips with clients
• Keeping up-to-date with industry guideline changes
• Working to personal performance targets
