Concept Recruitment Group are a leading provider of temporary, permanent and contract staffing solutions in the North of England, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in our successful Wakefield branch, based in the city centre.Responsibilities

Work within the industrial temporary market providing an exceptional service to our long standing clients whilst identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new clients.The ability to do a 360 role is desirable but not essential.Qualifications

Previous experience of working on a temporary desk (any sector)The ability to work re-actively and proactively and at times under pressureFlexibility to meet the working hours of our clients (including on-call)A genuine desire to be successful and exceed targetsConfident communication skills both written and verbalThe ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleaguesA full, clean driving licence
