Central London - Private Members Club About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and quality-focused Events Sous Chef to join a prestigious private members'' hospitality venue. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef with a passion for delivering exceptional events and maintaining the highest culinary standards. The successful candidate will have strong experience within a professional events kitchen environment, be highly organised, and thrive under pressure while consistently producing outstanding results. The Opportunity Working as part of a dedicated kitchen brigade and reporting directly to the Head and Executive Chefs, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the events kitchen. This includes overseeing food production, leading and developing junior team members, ordering stock, and ensuring exceptional presentation across a diverse range of events. You will be involved in delivering high-end functions for both private and corporate clients, catering for events of up to 300 guests. During quieter periods, you may also support other areas of the kitchen operation.
