Support service users to access healthcare, benefits, employment, education, and community services. Help residents maintain their accommodation and comply with tenancy agreements. Maintain accurate records, support plans, and case notes. Work closely with housing providers, local authorities, and partner agencies. Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work. Respond appropriately to welfare concerns and follow organisational policies and procedures.
