We are a growing commercial and industrial electrical contractor with strong delivery teams, reliable estimating, and repeat clients. We now want a serious sales professional to take ownership of the Midlands territory. What You ll Be Selling High-value commercial and industrial electrical installation projects, including: Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments Industrial and manufacturing electrical works Power distribution and infrastructure upgrades Typical project values range from £50k to £500k+, with repeat work opportunities. Earnings and Commission 7% uncapped commission on gross project value Commission paid on contracted project value Draw against commission or low base + commission available (experience-dependent) £100k+ annual earning potential for consistent performers Commission Examples £500,000 annual sales 7% = £35,000 £1,000,000 annual sales 7% = £70,000 £1,500,000 annual sales 7% = £105,000 £2,000,000 annual sales 7% = £140,000 No cap on earnings high performers can significantly exceed £100k per year.
