Key Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications to quantify materials, labour, and project requirements.Prepare detailed electrical estimates for pre-designed and design and build projects ranging from £50k up to £1.5m.Identify commercial risks, assumptions, and exclusions to protect profitability.Recommend alternative installation methods or value engineering opportunities that deliver cost savings and efficiency gains.Attend pre-tender, mid-tender, post-tender, and site meetings as required, providing expert input on feasibility and commercial impact.Support contract awards and hand over secured projects to project managers, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials costs, and market conditions to inform e
