We are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out responsive repairs and electrical maintenance across social housing properties in Ealing.

• Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied properties

• Repairing and replacing sockets, switches, light fittings and extractor fans

• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, including consumer units

• Carrying out electrical testing and inspections

• Completing first-fix works, including full and partial rewires

• Installing additional sockets, cabling and electrical accessories

• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and Health & Safety standards

• Recording completed works using job management systems

• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment

• Providing excellent customer service to residents

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, including AM2

• City & Guilds 18th Edition (or 17th Edition with a willingness to update)

• Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent 2394/2395)

• Previous experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, ideally within social housing

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence with a good driving record

• Full-time, permanent position
