Infrastructure Engineer Permanent - Sheffield Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17:30 (Hybrid 3 days office 2 from home) The SOC Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for providing remote monitoring and level 2 support for core systems and technologies to support external client infrastructure. Provides high quality customer support services and technical assistance with a high level of accurate diagnosis and resolution.
