An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Fee Earner to join an established law firm with a strong client base and ambitions to expand further. Key Responsibilities • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases • Dealing with transfers of equity and remortgages • Managing new build and shared ownership transactions • Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers and other parties • Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and proactively • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standards • Building and maintaining introducer relationships About You • Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload • Qualified or experienced as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Conveyancing Fee Earner • Strong organisational, communication and client care skills • Able to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently • Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused • A team player who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service • Existing introducer relationships or local market connections would be advantageous but are not essential What''s on Offer? • Genuine career progression opportunities • Flexible and supportive working environment • Strong administrative and operational support • Modern systems and processes • Direct access to senior leadership and departmental ..... full job details .....
