Commercial Gas Engineer 46000 to 50,000 per annum Location: Aston, Birmingham and West Midlands We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer on behalf of an established commercial maintenance company based in Aston, Birmingham. The company provides maintenance services to a diverse range of commercial customers, including hospitality groups, pubs and restaurants, retail businesses, schools, healthcare facilities and public-sector organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial premises, maintaining essential heating, gas and hot-water systems for well-known businesses and organisations. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Servicing and maintaining commercial gas boilers and heating systems. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently. Maintaining commercial hot-water systems and associated plant-room equipment. Undertaking installations, replacements and commissioning where required. Travelling to customer sites throughout the West Midlands. Completing service reports, job sheets and safety documentation. Ensuring all work complies with current gas safety legislation and health and safety requirements. Providing a professional service to customers and site contacts.
