They are now looking to appoint a Northern EHS Advisor to support operations across 17 sites in the UK, working across two diverse and fast-moving divisions. Northern EHS Advisor Location: Home-based UK-wide travel (Nottingham to Aberdeen) Salary: £45,000 + packageThe RoleThis is a highly autonomous, field-based role offering variety, flexibility, and real influence. You ll work closely with site teams to support, guide, and improve Health and Safety performance not police it. Key responsibilities include: Providing EHS support across warehouse, transport, and operational sites Conducting and supporting internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Preparing sites for audits and supporting close-out of actions Supporting incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are completed Driving proactive safety culture, including near-miss and hazard reporting Carrying out regular site visits (typically quarterly per site, plus ad hoc support) Working collaboratively within a wider EHS team, with regular team calls and reviews You ll typically be on-site 2 3 days per week, with flexibility to manage your own diary.
