Overall Purpose: To lead the maintenance function and ensure the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of production equipment, plant, site infrastructure and utilities.The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and delivering preventative and reactive maintenance, developing the capability of the maintenance team and driving continuous improvement to support operational performance, compliance and business objectives.Key Duties:Maintenance planning, delivery and systems:Lead and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, setting priorities and allocating work to minimise disruption to production.Own and develop the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme, alongside effective reactive and corrective maintenance processes.Ensure MaintainX is used consistently to raise, allocate, schedule, monitor and close work orders, with clear priorities, progress updates and accurate completion records.Maintain accurate asset registers, maintenance histories, inspection schedules, equipment condition records and supporting technical documentation within MaintainX and other relevant records.Use MaintainX data to monitor overdue work, repeat faults, completion rates, ..... full job details .....
