They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining alignment with business goals and client expectations. This role requires a balance of strategic influence and hands-on execution, as the lead must navigate complex stakeholder environments and adapt delivery operations to meet emerging technologies.
