Proactively engage and work in partnership with professionals and organisation working with families and babies vulnerable to sudden infant death to promote safer sleep and reduce infant mortality. 2. Design and deliver training. 3. Proactively engage families with Lullaby Trust advice, responding to enquiries and ensuring anyone seeking advice is given a high-quality service in a timely way. 4. Create and assist with development of information resources. 5. Manage and supervise the Support and Training Officer and Training Development Officer.
