I am looking for a Senior Quantity surveyor to support a large project in Newton Abbot. This role would suit a freelance candidate who has specific experience in NEC4 contracts.

Role Details

• Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Location: HMP Channings Wood (site-based)
• Hours: Full-time, working from the main site office, 7:30am to 5:00pm
• Duration: Current project expected to run until March next year

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years'' Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong NEC4 contract knowledge and practical experience
