Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Projects located between Manchester and North London Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor, supporting the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical projects across commercial, industrial, infrastructure and rail environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the commercial interests of the business throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract support and procurement through to final account settlement. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of contract law and contract administration, particularly NEC forms of contract, who can confidently manage commercial risk, maximise project profitability and build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially driven, contractually aware and capable of influencing project outcomes through proactive commercial management.
