In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and support to young people within a nurturing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the home.Supervise and mentor a team of dedicated Residential Childcare Workers.Develop and implement individual care plans for young people, ensuring their safety and well-being.Build positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practice guidelines.Deputise for the Home Manager in their absence.Participate in on-call rota as required. Essential Criteria: Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.Proven experience of working in a residential care setting for young people.Experience of supervising and mentoring staff.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of child protection and safegu
