This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collections or revenues professional to play a key role in improving income collection, driving service performance and supporting the delivery of a fair, customer-focused collection service.The RoleWorking closely with the Business Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across collection, recovery and enforcement activities, ensuring statutory compliance while delivering excellent customer outcomes. You will oversee collection and recovery processes, support court and enforcement activity where required, manage and develop staff, and work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders to improve financial performance and service delivery.
