We are hiring

French or German speaking Recruitment Consultants

to manage full 360° recruitment across Europe, primarily Germany and Switzerland, focusing on the Energy and related sectors. Your responsibilities will include:Managing the full recruitment cycleSourcing and selecting candidates via LinkedIn, CRM, social media, and job boardsBuilding and maintaining client relationships in the DACH regionCollaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needsScreening candidates and coordinating interviewsPosting job adverts and managing your professional presence on LinkedInCandidate Profile

Fluent in

German or French

(plus English)Previous 360 recruitment experience (any sector)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAmbitious, competitive, and success-drivenKnowledge or strong interest in European/DACH business cultureSalary and Benefits

Base: £30,000 – £45,000 (negotiable)Uncapped commission – OTE £50,000 – £100,000Apply
