This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional to take ownership of a specialist Employee Relations and TUPE function, providing expert guidance on complex people matters while leading a dedicated ER and TUPE team. Operating as part of the wider HR Business Partnering team, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business, supporting organisational change, managing risk, and ensuring a consistent and legally compliant approach to employee relations and workforce transitions. The Role As the HR Business Partner for Employee Relations and TUPE, you will be the organisation''s subject matter expert for complex ER matters, organisational change programmes, and TUPE transfers.
