They are seeking a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join their team on a full-time basis.If you have experience dealing with housing issues, repairs, or customer service and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner: Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair matters from start to resolution.Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure repairs are identified and completed.Monitor repair works, track progress, and ensure timescales are met.Keep accurate records and provide updates and guidance to tenants throughout the process.Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and empathetic approach. About you as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner: Previous experience in housing, repairs, maintenance, or a customer-facing role (no formal qualifications required).Good understanding of common housing disrepair issues such as damp, mould, leaks, and structural concerns.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently as well as part of a team.A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving.
