MANE is looking for a Composite Laminator to work with advanced pre-preg carbon fibre materials on high-quality composite components.You''ll be involved in kitting, lay-up, vacuum bagging and de-bagging, working with precision to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will be confident in reading complex engineering drawings and working from moulds to deliver consistently high standards. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare tools by cleaning and applying release agentsPerform accurate kitting and lay-up of pre-preg materialsApply vacuum bagging techniques and prepare breather bag kitsRun curing operations using autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum systemsMonitor material shelf life and maintain traceabilityAdhere to all quality, safety, and process proceduresParticipate in daily team meetings to review targets and updatesIdentify and escalate any production or quality issues promptly Qualifications and ExperienceManufacturing or engineering background preferredPre-preg carbon fibre lay-up experience advantageousAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsKnowledge of material handling and curing processes beneficialExperience within aerospace or automotive industry Skills and AttributesExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skillsOrganised and able to multi-taskAble to work independently and meet deadlinesGood teamwork and decision-making capabilityAbility to visualise and plan tasks effectively ScheduleMonday-Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pmFriday: 8:00am-1:00pmO
