Requirements for this role:

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices
• A genuine passion for child development and high-quality care
• Confident, organised, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiences
• Planning engaging, development-focused activities
• Acting as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Working closely with management to uphold high standards
• Participating in staff meetings and ongoing training
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the nursery
• Ensuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
