Due to their continued growth, this company is looking to recruit somebody who is passionate about their job and enjoys working within a close-knit team. They repair some of the most innovative vehicles ever made. You must be energetic, highly organised and smart working, and have a real passion for delivering great quality repairs.Responsibilities
Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally high standardResponsible for strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim componentsMust have the ability to do mechanical repairs - aircon, radiators, suspension, etc.Be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (we repair all makes/models of cars, vans, HGVs, prestige vehicles, classic cars, etc.)Have the ability to work to a job card within the estimated time framePhotograph and record each stage of your repair processPerform road tests (where required)Work must be carried out to BS1015 accreditationExperience and Skills
Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workloadFollow correct repair methodsReliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitudeExceptional attention to detailQualifications
Qualifications such as ATA/IMI/NVQ/VCQ would be an advantage. However, we really love speaking to any applicants who have a wealth of experience within the Motor Industry. We will provide company-funded training to the successful candidate, if required.Package
