We re working with a growing business in Birmingham s Jewellery Quarter who are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join a small, collaborative Finance team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave and is a hands-on opportunity with genuine responsibility across management accounts, overhead analysis, stock reporting, month-end processes and commercial finance. You ll work closely with the Financial Controller and key stakeholders across the wider business, using financial and system data to provide insight, improve reporting and help drive more efficient processes. This role would suit someone who is inquisitive, analytical and commercially minded, who enjoys understanding how things work and isn''t afraid to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
