The firm are looking to grow and expand its existing team with a dynamic solicitor who will be encouraged to engage in marketing and business development.Responsibilities

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be working alongside a Partner highly ranked in the Legal 500 and will have secretarial and administrative support daily. The team covers a wide range of matters and you can expect to handle cases involving:Birth and Head InjuriesPediatric and Orthopaedic NegligenceCancer MisdiagnosisCerebral Palsy MattersInquest RepresentationDental Negligence etc.You will have the opportunity to manage your own files as well as contributing to the growth of the department as a whole. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwide.Qualifications and skills

4+ PQE in Clinical Negligence or equivalentExcellent communication and the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of clients locally and nationwideWillingness to engage in marketing and business developmentHow to apply
