Salary: -22.00 - -25.00 per hour

A Carpenter Multi-Trade is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to carpentry duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchens, and other timber fixtures
• Completing associated multi-trade works where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently

Requirements of a Carpenter Multi-Trade:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
