Head of Operations My client is leading FM company, due to a new contract they are seeking a head of operations. Ideally come from a technical background with experience of running a national contract on a hard and soft services basis. You will have the ability to pass a detailed security check. Sector: Commercial Maintenance Duties will include running a nationwide contract with multiple reports. Manage the client relationship, audit performances, compliance, sla''s, kpi''s and all health and safety regulations. Oversee all service delivery on the contract, report back to senior management and client, overseeing all employee payroll, training and development, knowledge and underrating of running a total facilities business.
