This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with previous warehouse leadership experience who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams and ensuring the smooth movement of goods within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets. Plan and coordinate warehouse activities across both day and night shifts. Ensure all goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance. Support training and development of new and existing team members. Maintain high standards of Health and Safety and housekeeping. Ensure stock accuracy through regular checks and inventory control. Liaise with production, planning and transport teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Investigate and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Complete shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records. Promote continuous improvement throughout the warehouse operation.
