Field Service Engineer
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves visiting customers in their homes and other environments such as hospitals, care homes, and schools to repair, maintain, deliver, and demonstrate specialist equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and properly demonstrated to users while delivering a high level of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesFault finding and repairing equipment in customer homes and other locationsDelivering equipment and demonstrating correct usage to service usersCollecting equipment when requiredCarrying out planned preventative maintenanceCompleting scheduled daily jobs allocated by the service teamResponding to emergency repairs when requiredProviding a professional, courteous, and empathetic service to customersEnsuring health and safety standards are followed at all timesKeeping company vehicle clean, organised, and fully stockedWorking Hours40 hours per weekMonday - Friday8:00am - 4:30pm30-minute unpaid lunch breakRequirementsGood practical or mechanical skillsStrong problem-solving abilityGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage daily jobs effectivelyFull UK driving licenceSalary 26,436.80 per yearBonusUp to 2,000 per year in KPI bonuses, paid quarterlyKPI''s include maintaining a clean and organised van, wearing company uniform, and general performance standardsOn-Call Allowance 180 per week when c
