This role represents a distinct progression from traditional document control, requiring a professional with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and the gravitas to actively drive the compliance agenda across site and project offices. Key Responsibilities: Acting as a proactive custodian of project compliance, taking ownership of technical administration, site audits, and rigorous record-keeping. Managing the Information Management System (IMS) and ensuring project teams strictly adhere to established procedures and regulatory requirements. Establishing "Golden Thread" information requirements for regulated and Higher-Risk Building (HRB) projects, and coordinating essential Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 submissions.
