Key Responsibilities;
- Lead the end-to-end leaseholder service, including billing, consultation, dispute resolution, and communications, section 20 processes for major works, ensuring legal compliance and effective stakeholder management, ultimately creating a single leasehold team in the borough.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance frameworks to improve service quality and accountability.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, asset management, and housing teams to ensure joined-up delivery.
- Act as the strategic lead for leaseholder engagement, ensuring clear, empathetic, and timely communication.
- Manage complex cases, complaints, and tribunal matters with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide expert advice on leaseholder legislation, rights, and obligations.
- Lead a team of officers, fostering a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
