Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Salary: -40,000 - -60,000
Location: Guildford
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (Office-based)

My client is a highly regarded, independent estate agency with multiple offices across Surrey. With a strong reputation for service and a well-established brand, they continue to grow and invest in their marketing function.
Due to this growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing activity across the business.

This is a senior, hands-on marketing role responsible for overseeing and delivering marketing activity across multiple channels and locations.
You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and driving marketing performance across the business.
Key responsibilities include:

• 
  Overseeing all marketing channels including digital, social, print and local campaigns
• 
  Planning and delivering marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• 
  Managing marketing activity across multiple offices and stakeholders
• 
  Supporting and overseeing paid digital activity and online performance
• 
  Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials
• 
  Managing and coordinating internal marketing resource including designers and videographers
• 
  Supporting local offices with marketing strategy and execution
• 
  Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns to improve results

This role would suit someone commercially minded, organised and confident managing both strategy and delivery within a multi-site business.

  Proven experience in a broad, multi-channel marketing role

  Experience delivering campaigns across digital, social and offline channels

  Strong organisational and project management skills

  Experience managing or coordinating teams or stakeholders
