This role is available on a contract until end of March 2027 and on a full-time basis (37 hours a week). The salary for this role is £38,470- £45,258 FTE. This is a hybrid role with regular travel across the service areas, predominately London and the South-East. Within this role, you will provide operational leadership and support across a portfolio of services within London and the South-East. You will analyse performance, activity and outcome data to identify risks, trends and opportunities, supporting timely decision-making and continuous service improvement. You will lead on the resolution of operational issues, escalations and service delivery challenges. You will lead and implement service improvement projects and operational change initiatives.
