We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. This front-line role focuses on generating new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline. You will perform outbound calls to a range of prospects, from cold leads to existing customers, to generate interest in our portfolio of technology products and services.Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new prospects and existing clients to engage them in conversations about their business needs.Articulate the value of our IT, DMS, ERP, and cybersecurity products and services.Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by understanding prospect challenges and pain points.Book and schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our senior sales team.Research and target competitors’ customers, highlighting advantages of switching to our solutions.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress in our CRM system.What We''re Looking For
Proven Track Record:
A minimum of 2 years in a sales or business development role with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building skills; comfortable making cold calls and engaging with decision-makers.Persistence and Resilience:
Proactive attitude to overcoming objections and handling rejection.IT/Tech Background:
Solid understanding of IT services and products; experience selling technology solutions is highly desirable.Goal-Oriented:
