Are you a Multi Skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer working on commercial properties and open to a new role, it maybe for more money (given the cost of living) or maybe for better terms or work life balance. Thrive SW are currently recruiting for a Client that have a new contract starting in December, the role will be covering a large business park (3 buildings) 3 days per week, with 2 days per week working mobile across multi tenanted offices within South Wales.
 
You will need to be qualified either Electrically (NVQ level3 & AM2) or Mechanically (plumbing, HVAC) with a good understanding of planned and reactive works to a commercial building, experience of statutory compliance, electrical lighting and power, plant rooms / HVAC / ahu''s as well as basic fabric duties such as plumbing and carpentry.   
 
We also have a number of roles for Electricians, Air Conditioning Engineers, Gas Engineers and Fabric Engineers.
