Role Snapshot / FeaturesDesign AV/smart-home systems: floorplans, schematics and cable schedules

Produce client proposals and accurate as-built documentation

Collaborate with project and install teams to refine solutions

Prepare OandM documentation and keep records up to date

Stay current with AV and smart-home trends

You\''ll Need2+ years\'' experience in AV installation, integration or engineering (residential preferred, but not essential)

Interest in stepping into design; CAD/AutoCAD experience is great but full training provided

Strong technical mindset and a collaborative, detail-driven approach

Ambition to grow into senior/lead positions
