Job Title: Project Co-OrdinatorLocation: Aylesbury, Office basedContract Details: Full Time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts - 8:30am to 4:30pm and 9:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)Salary: 28,000 per annumHoliday entitlement: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysResponsibilities:Manage customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to project completionCoordinate surveys, quotations, and ongoing project activitiesRaise job packs, maintain project files, and update job scheduling informationLiaise with engineering, purchasing, and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficientlyProduce quotations, costings, calculations, and completion reportsEnsure completed projects are processed for invoicingRespond to customer queries and complaints, resolving issues where possibleMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsEnsure all work is completed in line with company quality assurance proceduresSkills and Attributes:Previous customer service or customer support experienceStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organisational and project coordination abilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyTeam player with a flexible and positive approachCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to understand and discuss basic technical information Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookDesirable Skills:Experience coordinating projects, jobs, or service activitiesExperience working within ..... full job details .....
