Hyperion Partners is working with a leading real estate organisation to recruit a Property Manager Surveyor to support the management and performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional who enjoys combining client relationship management with hands-on property operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent occupier experience, maintaining high property standards and supporting the wider asset management strategy. The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, acting as a key contact for clients and occupiers while ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently, compliantly and commercially. Key responsibilities will include: Client and asset management: Build strong relationships with asset managers, understand portfolio objectives and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Occupier experience: Act as a main point of contact for occupier enquiries, resolve issues promptly and identify ways to enhance the customer experience across each site. Financial management: Oversee service charge budgets and reconciliations, support cashflow management, monitor supplier payments and assist with debt recovery.
