The Vehicle Technician position offers the opportunity to work with a respected dealership that values quality service and customer satisfaction. • Competitive salary up to -36,000 basic, with uncapped bonus potential, OTE -45,000
• 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)

Duties:

• Conducting vehicle service checks, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
• Performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify issues accurately
• Completing vehicle road tests to verify repairs and ensure optimal functioning
• Assisting and supporting team members within the workshop as required to maintain a smooth workflow
• Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer specifications

Requirements:

• Possession of a Level 3 Light Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent)
• Confidence in carrying out a wide range of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks
• Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
• A full UK driving licence
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues in a busy environment
