We are currently working with a global financial client in the recruitment of a Senior BA specialising in program execution and transformation. This role will be mainly specialising in MIFID project governance and will be focussed on implementing a solution to meet compliance of the UK Consumer Composite Investments by delivering changes to policies and procedures, documentation, system changes, controls, reporting and governance.Role responsibilities: Review regulatory requirements and gather business / legal and compliance requirementsParticipate where required in discussion with industry bodies e.g. trade associationsGap analysis to identify current state solution against the required enhancementsPropose solution optionsEnhance BAU process and controlsDocument new or changes to existing policies and procedures where applicableData analysis as requiredWhat you will need to succeed in this role:At least 5 years'' experience working as a BA in an enterprise environmentWorking knowledge of MIFID project governanceExperience with control assessment review and enhancementProficiency with reporting toolsThe role is initially for a 12-month period there is a possibility of extension depending on the client''s needs. This role will be based in Belfast and will require the resource to attend the Belfast office 3 days p/w.
